Submissions for our journal are currently closed

The Stanford Technology Law Review is now accepting submissions for Volume 29, Issue 2. We will begin reviewing articles in early February and continue our process on a rolling basis until all openings are filled.

Expedited review is available for authors who meet certain criteria. Additional information regarding expedited review and submission guidelines is available at: https://law.stanford.edu/stanford-technology-law-review-stlr/stlr-submissions/.

For Authors

The Stanford Technology Law Review (STLR) publishes articles and perspectives on issues at the intersection of law, science, and technology. The journal publishes two to three issues per year and accepts submissions on a rolling basis. Articles generally range from 15,000 to 25,000 words. We accept articles from academics and practitioners.

STLR only evaluates submissions made in electronic form through ScholasticaHQ. Paper and email submissions are no longer reviewed. To submit an article, please upload your manuscript, CV, and cover letter (optional) to ScholasticaHQ.
